I'm going to attempt to give a very quick run-down of the last 3 months.
January
We rang in our first new year at our house. It wasn't anything fancy (preeeety sure we ate 5 guys for dinner and watched Pitch Perfect) but it was just what we wanted. Insert sappy pic of us kissing at midnight:
A couple of weeks after that I got really sick. Let me tell you - I do not get sick. At least not like this. I was out of it for over a week. I missed 3 days of work! Apparently I got that nasty flu and then it turned into a sinus infection and then I became really dehydrated, went to instacare, passed out in the office, etc. Not a fun experience but a life experience nonetheless.
Around the same time Rodney went on a business trip to Florida. He was gone a week, worked really hard, and had some fun while he was at it. I am so proud of him.
AND in January Remington turned 1! We really love him.
February
Thanks to Rodney's savvy Groupon skills we were able to go boarding at the Canyons! I had never been and I was SO impressed. I think it ruined me for other resorts! We had such a good day.
Over President's Day Weekend we were able to take a little trip to St. George. The sunshine and 60 degree weather was a welcome change from the endless amounts of snow we had this winter!
We ate, shopped, slept in, ate some more, and even got to go rappelling with uncle Rod and his family!
March
March is always a good month for me! Not just because it's my birthday month but because it's just a fun time of year. It's FINALLY getting warmer!
We had a party with Rodney's family that was lots of fun! (these kids make everything better)
I've really been loving my new blender!
Over my birthday weekend Rod took me to Tucanos
Made me breakfast in bed
Took me to the Dinosar Museum
And treated me like a princess. I'm so lucky to have him!
Sunday was my actual birthday. We went to church and then had another fun party at my parent's! It was a good week!
